Return conditions:
You must inform us of this within 14 days of receiving your product. After this notification, you have another 14 days to return the product. You must return the product unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
If the product is nevertheless damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning it.
You can drop off the package with the shipping label we send you at a PostNL agency or hand it over to a delivery person who comes to your door. There are no costs for the return. The shipping label is already paid for by us. You can also deliver the product to us. You must first make an appointment for this (see contact details).
Once we have received the product, you will receive a confirmation. Have you opted for an exchange or another product? We will send it to you as soon as possible after receiving your product.
When will the purchase amount be refunded?
Did you return the product because you do not longer want the product and you want to cancel the purchase? We will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs)to your bank account as soon as possible. So you will certainly receive your money back within the period of 14 days!
