Cancel Your Order Immediately

You can cancel your order (or part of your order) immediately as long as the parcel has not yet been shipped. Cancellation is completely free of charge.
In the order confirmation email, you will find the link “Withdraw Order” at the very bottom of the message. By clicking this link, you can immediately cancel your order (or specific items from your order).
Order cancellations under the right of withdrawal are only available for purchases made by consumers. If you purchased the product as a business, you will not see a withdrawal button in your confirmation email.
Returning your order

Has your order already been shipped or have you already received the package? Then you can make use of your right of return. You can complete the online return form here:
Return conditions
You must inform us within 14 days after receiving your product that you wish to return it. After this notification, you have another 14 days to return the product. The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, used or damaged products cannot be accepted for return. Is the product damaged or is the packaging more damaged than necessary to inspect or try the product? In that case, we may charge you for the decrease in value of the product. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Shipping costs for returns
Returns within the EU:
For returns within the EU, we will send you a shipping label for returning the product. When handing in the package, you will pay a fee for the return shipment. The return shipment is free of charge if you are returning the product because we sent you a defective or incorrect product.
Returns outside the EU:
For returns outside the EU, you are responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product yourself. You can return the product to:

Exchange or receiving another product
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. Have you chosen an exchange or another product? We will send this product to you as soon as possible after receiving your return.
When will the purchase amount be refunded?
Have you returned the product because you no longer want it and wish to withdraw from the purchase? Then we will instruct our bank to refund the purchase amount on the day we receive your return. For returns within the EU, if you return the complete order, you will also receive a refund of the previously paid shipping costs. For returns outside the EU, the previously paid shipping costs will not be refunded. In any case, you will receive your money back within the statutory period of 14 days.
