I received an order confirmation but haven’t paid yet. What should I do?
After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Receiving this confirmation does not automatically mean that your payment was successful.

Would you like to complete your payment?
Have you received an order confirmation but cancelled the payment yourself? Perhaps because you wanted to choose a different payment method? You can still pay for your order. Go to ‘Orders’ in your account to complete your payment. Don’t have an account? You can ask us to send you a payment link. Please include your order number.

If you have an account, you can log in and cancel your order. Don't have an account? Please contact us.

How do I use a gift card or discount code?
Do you have a Napoleonbestek.nl gift card or discount code? You can enter it during checkout on the payment page under ‘Add a discount code or gift card’.
Enter the code and select ‘Apply’. The valid discount or gift card amount will then automatically be deducted from the total amount.
Can I use multiple gift cards?
Yes. After entering a gift card and clicking ‘Apply’, you can enter another gift card code.
What happens if my gift card balance is not enough?
If the balance on your gift card is lower than the total amount of your order, you can pay the remaining amount using another available payment method.
What happens to the remaining balance on my gift card?
If the balance on your gift card is higher than the amount of your order, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card and can be used for a future order.
