Did you receive an order confirmation but cancel the payment process yourself? For example, because you decided to use a different payment method? You’ll usually receive a payment link automatically by email within 24 hours, allowing you to complete the payment for your order.
Would you like to cancel your order?
If you no longer want to receive your order and wish to cancel your purchase, please let us know. At the bottom of the email confirming receipt of your order, you’ll find the link ‘withdraw order’. You can use this link to cancel the entire order or individual items from your order.
After submitting the cancellation, your order or the selected items will be cancelled automatically.

What happens if my gift card balance is not enough?
If the balance on your gift card is lower than the total amount of your order, you can pay the remaining amount using another available payment method.
What happens to the remaining balance on my gift card?
If the balance on your gift card is higher than the amount of your order, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card and can be used for a future order.
