Napoleonbestek.nl primarily sells EME Napoleon cutlery to consumers. In certain cases, we also supply businesses and other professional customers at specially determined trade prices. Whether business purchasing is available and which prices and conditions apply depends, among other things, on the type of business, the expected purchasing volume and the size and frequency of orders. Please note: We exclusively supply cutlery from the Napoleon collection by the Italian brand EME.
Conditions for business cooperation
Business registration
Business purchasing is only available to companies with a valid registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) or, for companies established outside the Netherlands, a comparable official business register. In our assessment, the activities of the company must be relevant to the sale or professional use of our products. If the company ceases trading or its business activities change in such a way that they are no longer relevant to our products, we may terminate the business relationship.
Ordering through Napoleonbestek.nl
Business orders from our regular stock are placed through Napoleonbestek.nl. You can order products as long as they are in stock. Is a product temporarily unavailable? You can leave your email address on the relevant product page to be notified when it becomes available again.
Larger and special orders
Different arrangements may apply to larger orders or products that have to be specially ordered for you from EME in Italy. Depending on the order, we may require a deposit of between 30% and 50% of the total order value. Any additional arrangements regarding price, payment and delivery will be agreed with you in advance.
Conditions for business orders
Our general terms and conditions and any business terms agreed with you in advance apply to business orders. Information about shipping and delivery, warranties, complaints, privacy and other conditions can be found through our Customer Service. Where our website describes rights or conditions that specifically apply to consumers, these do not automatically apply to business purchases.
Returns
For regular business orders supplied from our existing stock, return options may apply where these have been agreed with us in advance. Products that are specially ordered for you from EME in Italy and are not supplied from our regular stock cannot be returned, unless the product has been delivered incorrectly, damaged or defective, or different arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Dishwasher instructions and product information
Do you resell the cutlery to your own customers? Please inform your customers about the correct use and care of the cutlery and refer them to our dishwasher instructions. When reselling our products, you as the seller are initially the point of contact for your customer regarding questions, complaints and warranty claims. In the event of a possible product defect, you can of course subsequently contact us.
